Pilates Classes

The Pilates classes we run are small classes for up to 10 people so our teachers can focus on your needs and helping you reach your goals.

We have morning and evening classes available to suit your schedule and experience.
Our exclusive studio means we can arrange further classes to suit demand.

What happens in a class?

We use a simple and effective style of Pilates that doesn’t use any equipment. It uses traditional Pilates techniques paired with modern practices to focus on core strength and flexibility.

Class Times

Monday Classes
9.15-10.15am, 10.30-11.30am, 11.45am-12.45pm, 5.20-6.20pm, 6.30-7.30pm

Tuesday Classes
9.15-10.15, 10.30-11.30, 5.45-6.45pm, 7.00-8.00pm

Wednesday Classes
9.15-10.15am, 10.30-11.30am, 5.30-6.30pm, 6.45-7.45pm

Thursday Classes
9.15-10.15am, 10.30-11.30am, 11.45-12.45pm, 6.30-7.30pm

Friday Classes
9.15-10.15am, 10.30-11.30am, 11.45am-12.45pm

Cost

£10 per class per person.
Classes are booked in blocks of 6 for £60.

2 or more classes per week – £8 per class per person
